Revolut is seeking a Business Copywriter to join its Copy team, which transforms ideas into clear, engaging messages across the company's app, website, and external channels. This role focuses on B2B Growth Copywriting for Revolut Business, where you'll create performance marketing and advertising copy that drives measurable results across multiple markets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating, editing, and proofreading content for Revolut Business' performance marketing and advertising channels (social, Google Ads, out-of-home, digital out-of-home)
- Developing compelling narratives about Revolut Business features and value propositions
- Producing high-quality messaging for various stages of the marketing funnel (top, mid, bottom)
- Testing headlines, experimenting with CTAs, and iterating based on performance data
- Adhering to brand style guides and tone of voice while optimizing for different markets
- Reviewing longer-form content including scripts, ebooks, landing pages, and brochures
- Collaborating with Business Marketing and Design teams to create standout content
- Managing workload independently while meeting tight deadlines in a high-performance environment
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B performance marketing, advertising, or content creation
- Fluency in English with exceptional writing, speaking, and editing skills
- Deep understanding of B2B content best practices and audience psychology
- Ability to produce high volumes of varied, sharp copy for multiple markets
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders (Legal, Localisation, etc.)
- Self-starter mindset with flexibility and a get-it-done attitude
Nice-to-have skills:
- 3+ years in B2B marketing within high-value sectors (technology, SaaS, finance)
- Keyword research expertise
- Paid media experience (Google Ads)
- Familiarity with AI tools for research and drafting
