The Compliance team combines regulatory expertise with data-driven thinking to ensure products meet legal and policy requirements while managing conduct risk in a fast-moving digital environment.
In this role, you will support and advise on compliance requirements and controls related to whistleblowing across the organization. You will be responsible for triaging whistleblowing reports and conducting independent, confidential investigations into complex and sensitive whistleblowing matters. You will identify and implement improvements to whistleblowing policies and processes, maintain management information, and prepare high-quality investigation reports with recommendations for remedial actions.
You will produce presentation papers and dashboards for senior management and relevant committees, highlighting key trends, roadmap items, and performance metrics. You will stay current with whistleblowing regulation and legislation to ensure adherence to established and evolving standards.
This is a remote role based in Poland, Portugal, or Spain.
**Requirements:**
- 2+ years of experience conducting internal investigations or handling whistleblowing-related matters
- In-depth knowledge of whistleblowing regulation and legislation (e.g., Public Interest Disclosure Act 1998, EU Whistleblowing Directive)
- Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple investigations and projects simultaneously
- Expertise in handling sensitive issues confidentially, with discretion and empathy
- Ability to take a risk-based approach, think critically, and ask difficult questions
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Sound judgment that is free from bias and based on facts
