With 80+ million customers and 13,000+ employees worldwide, the company is experiencing rapid growth and seeking a Business Compliance Manager to join the Compliance team.
In this role, you will advise, challenge, and oversee compliance risks across Revolut's investing and trading products, balancing regulatory requirements with product innovation. You'll work in a fast-moving digital environment where the Compliance team blends regulatory expertise with data-driven thinking to ensure products meet legal and policy requirements while delivering customer value.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing new investment and trading product launches and changes for regulatory compliance
- Designing and enhancing controls across trading, brokerage, and wealth operations
- Conducting deep-dive reviews on market conduct, suitability, appropriateness, disclosures, and related compliance areas
- Supporting regulatory examinations, audits, and governance processes
- Working closely with Trading, Product, Legal, and Risk stakeholders to manage conduct risk
- Monitoring regulatory developments in investments, securities, and cryptocurrency
You will be part of a team that stays ahead of regulatory changes by finding smart, scalable ways to manage risk in a complex, evolving regulatory landscape.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in compliance, market conduct, brokerage, or trading oversight
- Knowledge of investment products, trading platforms, and related regulations
- Ability to challenge and guide Product teams with clarity and pragmatism
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills
