OpenLoop is a telehealth platform that powers white-label virtual care delivery across all 50 states. The company provides comprehensive solutions including provider staffing, technology infrastructure, payer coverage, revenue cycle management, licensing, credentialing, regulatory support, and practice management. As a Business Analyst, you will support critical operating and financial decisions across the national platform. You'll work directly with data to answer questions from Operations, Finance, Clinical, Customer Success, and Product teams on patient volume, provider capacity, client performance, reimbursement, quality, and growth. Key responsibilities include: - Partnering with cross-functional teams to understand analytical questions and deliver insights - Using SQL to retrieve, reconcile, and validate data from multiple sources - Building forecasts, scenario models, and business cases using operational and financial drivers - Analyzing trends and variances in patient volume, provider utilization, client programs, launch timelines, and revenue cycle performance - Presenting recommendations with supporting evidence, assumptions, and limitations - Continuously improving recurring analyses as you deepen business knowledge - Leveraging AI and automation responsibly while maintaining independent validation capability You bring a degree or equivalent in a quantitative field, with a portfolio project (academic or personal) you can explain in detail. You have working knowledge of SQL, strong spreadsheet skills, comfort with incomplete information, and clear communication abilities across technical and non-technical audiences.
