- Building and growing Jerry's organic presence on Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok
- Developing a platform-specific playbook for when to post, reply, or stay silent in each community
- Growing Jerry's subreddits into active, trusted communities
- Creating a scalable content and engagement strategy that maintains authenticity while leveraging AI
- Collaborating with Growth and Content teams for cross-channel consistency
- Measuring impact through sentiment analysis, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citation tracking
You are a platform native who dislikes corporate-speak and writes naturally across Reddit, TikTok, and Quora. You have 3+ years of community management or organic social experience, ideally in fintech, insurtech, or regulated consumer categories. You're a strategic operator who builds systems and understands SEO and how LLMs cite sources. You excel at making "boring" or "stressful" categories feel human and authentic. You're a patient, long-game player who values organic trust over quick PR wins.
Jerry is fully remote with offices in Palo Alto, New York, Chicago, and Toronto. The company offers comprehensive benefits including health/dental/vision, paid time off, paid parental leave, 401(k) matching, wellness benefits, and equity opportunities.
