Salary: GBP 29,000 - 35,000 / annual
Future is a global specialist media company reaching 400M+ people monthly across the UK, US, and beyond. The Gaming Vertical includes leading digital gaming destinations and media brands such as PC Gamer, Games Radar+, Edge, and Retro Gamer, plus major industry events like the Future Games Show, PC Gaming Show, and Golden Joystick Awards.
You will join the Gaming Vertical team as Brand Marketing Manager, reporting to the Brand Marketing & Strategy Director. Your core responsibilities include translating high-level brand strategies into actionable, high-impact marketing campaigns; owning full campaign lifecycles from planning through cross-channel execution, delivery, and post-campaign evaluation; delivering promotional campaigns to amplify reach and impact of global gaming shows and websites; and managing tactical activity across social channels.
This is a creative, data-informed role requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, multi-channel marketing environments. You will work with analytics tools to evaluate campaign ROI and present performance insights, and collaborate cross-functionally to turn strategy into tangible results.
The role is hybrid, based from Future's London, Bath, or Cardiff offices.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in brand marketing, marketing communications, or campaign management (preferably within media, publishing, entertainment, or consumer gaming/tech)
- Campaign lifecycle experience: planning, implementing, delivering, and evaluating end-to-end marketing campaigns
- Ability to digest high-level brand strategy and translate it into practical marketing tactics
- Analytical mindset; comfortable working with data and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social analytics) to evaluate campaign ROI and present performance insights clearly
- Strong project management, organization, and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
- Genuine interest in multiformat/PC gaming, consumer gaming products, and gaming culture (highly valued)
