Salary: USD 110,000 - 140,000 / annual
Campus is seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to lead brand execution, content strategy, and social media initiatives. This is a people-management role reporting to the marketing leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own brand execution across all channels, translating brand strategy into consistent, creative content and social media plans
- Manage two internal team members and oversee external creative partners (social, video, photography agencies)
- Develop and refine messaging that supports brand identity and business goals, including content about degree programs, value proposition, and student outcomes
- Partner cross-functionally with Admissions, Employer Partnerships, and Student Affairs to ensure consistent brand representation
- Streamline workflows, strengthen creative briefing processes, and maintain organized documentation in tools like Notion
- Serve as primary point of contact for external brand consultants and ensure brand guidelines are applied organization-wide
Required Qualifications:
- 4–6 years of brand marketing, content marketing, or social media experience
- 2+ years managing people and/or external agencies
- Proven ability to translate strategy into executed campaigns across owned and paid channels
- Strong project management skills balancing timelines, vendors, and stakeholders
- Strong creative judgment with ability to brief and review creative assets
- Organized, proactive approach to documentation, tools, and cross-functional collaboration
- Growth mindset and readiness to expand responsibilities as team scales
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: $110,000–$140,000 plus equity
