Salary: CZK 1,041,187 - 1,933,633 / annual

DTX Pharma, a Novartis Company, is seeking a Brand Manager to lead strategic and tactical management of innovative therapies within the Neuroscience portfolio in the Czech Republic. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, launch excellence, and commercial execution, reporting to the Immunology & Neuroscience Therapeutic Area Head. Key responsibilities include defining and executing local brand strategy aligned with business priorities and global objectives; developing, implementing, and optimizing annual tactical plans to accelerate brand growth and patient impact; leading launch readiness planning and execution for innovative therapies; driving omnichannel customer engagement and promotional activities in compliance with regulations; monitoring brand performance, market dynamics, and competitive activity; owning forecasting, budget planning, and resource allocation for the assigned brand portfolio; generating actionable customer and market insights to inform strategy and business decisions; building relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals; leading cross-functional initiatives with Medical, Sales, Market Access, and Regulatory partners; and ensuring compliance with regulatory, quality, safety, and ethical standards. Required qualifications include a university degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Business, Marketing, or related field; minimum 5 years of experience as a Brand Manager or Product Manager in the pharmaceutical industry; strong commercial experience with accountability for brand performance, business planning, forecasting, and budget management; experience leading or supporting innovative product launches; demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful brand strategies and growth initiatives; strong analytical capability and business acumen; experience in cross-functional and matrix organizations; proficient Czech or Slovak and English language skills; and strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills. Desirable qualifications include experience in Neuroscience, Rare Diseases, or Gene Therapy therapeutic areas.
