The Brand Strategy Analyst role is a mid-level position supporting senior strategists in developing brand strategy, market insights, and strategic communications for major clients.
Key responsibilities include: supporting the development of strategic briefs, creative briefs, and research frameworks; analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to uncover consumer and market insights; translating findings into actionable strategic recommendations; assisting in structuring and presenting strategic ideas to internal teams and clients; drafting strategic approaches and refining presentation narratives; identifying information gaps and growth opportunities through cross-functional collaboration; and contributing to new business pitches and RFP responses.
The role emphasizes research synthesis, strategic thinking, and clear communication across social, creative, media, and data disciplines. You'll work with modern tools including AI to solve client challenges and develop innovative methodologies. Success requires solid understanding of marketing fundamentals, end-to-end communication frameworks, and the ability to translate complex data into compelling strategic narratives.
Required qualifications: 3–5 years of relevant experience in brand strategy, marketing, or related field; conversational English (B2 level minimum); strong grasp of brand planning principles and marketing frameworks; ability to synthesize diverse data sources without requiring deep technical expertise; proactive approach to thought leadership and idea generation; comfort collaborating across disciplines; and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
