Levelpath is a modern AI procurement platform for global enterprises, founded in 2022, on a mission to make procurement delightful. The company provides a complete view of spend for procurement, finance, legal, and IT—from intake and sourcing to contracting and payment—with built-in AI delivering contextually relevant answers and uncovering valuable opportunities. As Brand Copywriter, you'll be the voice explaining what Levelpath does and why it matters. You'll write web copy, product descriptions, launch announcements, one-pagers, customer stories, and sales talking points. Every product release needs clear, compelling copy that resonates with enterprise buyers across procurement, finance, legal, and IT functions. Key responsibilities include: writing web pages, product descriptions, and campaign copy that carries Levelpath's story; partnering with Product to turn each release into clear language and announcements; maintaining consistent messaging and style guidance across all channels; collaborating with Sales and Customer Success to develop customer use cases and stories; tailoring copy for different audiences (each function cares about different things); and staying attuned to market movements and competitive positioning to sharpen how the company articulates its value. You'll need 3+ years of B2B SaaS writing experience in product marketing, content, brand, or agency roles. A strong portfolio demonstrating how you've made complex products easy to understand is essential. You should have marketing experience alongside writing—understanding how copy fits into positioning, launches, and sales. You're a fast learner who can pick up technical products quickly and write credibly about them. You're comfortable using data to measure copy effectiveness and iterating based on results. You have strong competitive and market instincts, and can turn research and win/loss analysis into actionable insights. You take feedback well, iterate quickly, and know when to push back to protect copy quality. You thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments and can drive work across teams. Bonus experience in procurement, fintech, or ERP/spend-management is a plus. This is a high-visibility role for an ambitious writer who wants their work in front of real customers and room to grow as the marketing team expands. Based in the New York City office, full-time.
