Levelpath is a modern AI procurement platform for global enterprises, founded in 2022, on a mission to make procurement delightful. The company provides a complete view of spend for procurement, finance, legal, and IT—from intake and sourcing to contracting and payment—with built-in AI delivering contextually relevant answers and uncovering valuable opportunities.
As Brand Copywriter, you'll be the voice explaining what Levelpath does and why it matters. You'll write web copy, product descriptions, launch announcements, one-pagers, customer stories, and talking points that the sales field uses daily. Working closely with Product and Marketing, you'll turn complex product releases into language that enterprise buyers actually understand.
Key responsibilities include:
- Writing copy across channels: web pages, product descriptions, one-pagers, launch announcements, emails, and campaign materials
- Partnering with Product to understand each release, then crafting announcements, web copy, and talking points
- Maintaining consistent messaging and style guidance across all touchpoints
- Collaborating with Sales and Customer Success to transform customer wins into use cases and stories
- Tailoring copy for different audiences—procurement, finance, legal, and IT each have different priorities
- Monitoring market movements and competitive positioning to sharpen messaging
You bring 3+ years of B2B SaaS writing experience (product marketing, content, brand, or agency), with a portfolio demonstrating how you've made complex products easy to understand. You have marketing experience alongside writing, understand positioning and product launches, and can learn technical products quickly. You're data-driven, comfortable iterating based on performance, and have strong competitive and market instincts. You take feedback well, iterate rapidly, and know when to push back. Bonus experience in procurement, fintech, or ERP/spend-management is valued.
This is a full-time, in-office role based in San Francisco headquarters, offering high visibility and the opportunity to grow into expanded responsibilities as the marketing team scales.
