Voyantis is seeking a mission-driven BizOps Engineer to join the R&D team. The company specializes in advanced AI predictive models focused on LTV, churn, and intent prediction to drive business growth. Leading companies like Miro, Rappi, and Moneylion use Voyantis to optimize customer acquisition, incentives, and upsell timing, achieving 20-40% ROI uplift.
In this role, you will serve as both platform architect and hands-on builder, owning the AI-native platform architecture and governance for all non-core product functions including Sales, Operations, HR, Legal, and Finance. You will design and deploy infrastructure and security protocols while building and maintaining custom AI solutions to address specific departmental needs.
Reporting directly to the VP of R&D, this position begins as a high-impact individual contributor with a clear mandate to build and lead a dedicated engineering team as the function scales. You will have autonomy to choose the most effective path forward for any challenge—whether leveraging existing SaaS platforms, integrating open-source projects, or building custom solutions from scratch—always guided by departmental needs and projected ROI.
You will be responsible for designing bespoke AI tools that empower teams across the organization and drive operational efficiency. The role requires both strategic thinking around platform architecture and hands-on engineering execution.
