Antithesis is seeking a Billing & Revenue Operations Manager to own the end-to-end billing and accounts receivable function as the company scales. You will build systems, processes, and controls across the entire revenue cycle—from invoice generation through collections—while maintaining clean AR data and audit-ready documentation.
Key responsibilities include managing the full billing lifecycle (invoicing, delivery, dispute resolution, collections), monitoring AR aging and developing policies to minimize overdue balances, partnering with sales and legal teams to ensure contract terms translate accurately into billing configurations, building and maintaining billing setups in the ERP and payment systems, producing AR reporting and surfacing trends to finance leadership, designing and documenting billing controls for scalability and audit readiness, and driving automation across billing and collections workflows.
This is a hands-on role requiring comfort designing workflows where limited process exists, working cross-functionally with sales and legal on deal structure implications, and communicating directly with customers to resolve billing issues. You'll report to finance leadership and work daily in the Vienna, VA office.
