As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring customers successfully adopt and maximize the value of Float throughout their journey. You'll build deep relationships with customers from onboarding onwards, serving as a trusted partner to drive strong adoption, mitigate risks, and unlock long-term growth opportunities.
Key responsibilities include: building an early foundation for long-term success by ensuring smooth onboarding, defining success criteria with key stakeholders, identifying expansion opportunities, and monitoring customer health signals; proactively managing risk and retention by identifying risks across your book of business and developing mitigation plans; championing product adoption by driving customer adoption of Float's full suite of features and advocating for participation in Early Adopter Programs; and being the voice of the customer at Float by providing strategic recommendations and partnering with internal teams on product development and operational improvements.
You'll work primarily from home based in Quebec, with occasional travel to the Toronto office for team gatherings and key meetings. This role requires bilingual capabilities (French and English) to serve Float's Quebec customer base effectively.
