As a Customer Activation Manager, you will own the critical 120-day activation window that transforms newly signed accounts into fully activated, revenue-generating customers. This high-ownership, high-visibility role sits within the Sales organization and blends commercial impact with operational excellence. Key responsibilities include: leading a portfolio of customer activations from handoff to go-live, ensuring each customer achieves 80%+ onboarded spend penetration and completes full platform implementation within 120 days; delivering fast, structured activations that drive early ROI and reinforce value realization; combining sales acumen with executional excellence to guide customers toward usage behaviors that maximize revenue and product impact; managing multiple activations in parallel with urgency and clarity while driving alignment across Sales, Product, and Risk teams; anticipating and removing blockers quickly to maintain momentum and customer confidence; and continuously improving Float's activation playbook, automation, and processes for scalable, repeatable, high-impact customer activations. You will thrive in this role if you think and operate like a seller, see activation as an extension of the sales process, take full accountability for your book of business, prioritize delivering lasting customer value, move fast with intention, constantly raise the bar on performance, and collaborate cross-functionally. You bring 3–5 years of experience in implementation, onboarding, customer success, or solutions within SaaS or fintech. Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken) is essential, as you will move effortlessly between the two with prospects, customers, and colleagues across Canada.
