As an Account Executive, you will drive revenue growth by acquiring and building relationships with mid-market customers (20–500+ employees). You'll own the complete sales cycle from discovery through close, using a consultative approach focused on understanding customer needs and providing strategic value. Your responsibilities include maintaining and prioritizing sales pipelines, hitting monthly targets, and collaborating with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure integrated customer experiences.
You will work with finance teams across Canada's fastest-growing companies, serving as the voice of the customer and providing market feedback to drive product innovation. The role requires bilingual fluency in French and English to engage prospects and colleagues across Canada seamlessly.
Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years of B2B tech sales experience, preferably in high-growth startups. You should have familiarity with accounting/finance products or direct experience working with finance leaders. You're results-driven, with a track record of exceeding sales targets and closing deals. Strong communication skills—both written and spoken—are essential, along with the ability to build rapport quickly, listen actively, and adapt your approach to different audiences and stakeholders.
This is a hybrid role based in Toronto or the Greater Toronto Area (Durham, Halton, Peel, York regions). You'll work from the Toronto office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
