Cohesity, a leader in AI-powered data security serving over 13,600 enterprise customers including 85+ Fortune 100 companies, is seeking a Channel & Field Marketing Manager to drive net-new logo growth across the Benelux region (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg), with primary focus on the Netherlands.
In this role, you will own field marketing execution and channel partner relationship building across Benelux. Key responsibilities include:
• Plan and execute integrated multi-channel campaigns (email, social, digital, events, partner co-marketing) with an account-based marketing (ABM) lens, targeting Tier 1 accounts and personalizing engagement for strategic and net-new-logo prospects
• Manage the full lead lifecycle from segmentation through sales handoff and pipeline tracking
• Work closely with sales to identify in-market accounts and surface net-new logo opportunities, leveraging data insights
• Build and manage executive-level engagement programs including briefings, roundtables, and advisory touchpoints with CIO/CISO-level buyers
• Build and own channel partner relationships across the region, with focus on growing and maturing the Netherlands partner ecosystem
• Execute co-branded marketing programs, partner campaigns, and enablement/training initiatives
• Plan and manage field events, partner events, executive roundtables, and industry trade shows
• Support regional campaigns to drive awareness and demand generation
• Collaborate with the global team on webinars, email, and campaign content, adapting and localizing assets for regional effectiveness
• Track and analyze campaign performance across channels with visibility into ABM account progression and net-new logo conversion
• Travel regularly across Benelux to support partners and events on the ground
Ideal candidates bring proven experience in both channel marketing and field marketing, ideally with ABM or vertical marketing background. You should have strong business acumen and genuine understanding of the Benelux region, experience building executive-level engagement programs with C-suite buyers, and a track record of building and maturing channel partner ecosystems. Strong analytical skills, experience managing field events and trade shows, and ability to adapt centrally-produced content for regional use are essential. You are a self-starter with excellent stakeholder management skills, comfortable working cross-functionally, and willing to be on-site with partners when needed despite the remote nature of the role.
