Angle Health is an AI-native healthcare company modernizing the employer health benefits space. As a Benefits Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers, developing relationships and driving revenue growth through a combination of outbound prospecting, product demos, and consultative selling. You'll be responsible for engaging potential customers within your assigned Georgia market (Atlanta, Athens, or Augusta preferred), building deep knowledge of Angle Health's products, competitors, and the healthcare insurance industry. Your core responsibilities include proactively identifying top-of-funnel opportunities, clearly communicating value propositions through live demos, maintaining client relationships, and shepherding prospects through the full sales cycle—from initial contact through proposals, underwriting, contract negotiation, and policy finalization. The role requires approximately 50% travel to meet with customers and prospects in your market, with some office time required. You'll coordinate with internal teams to close deals, attend industry events to expand your network and generate referrals, and continuously work to exceed sales quotas. Ideal candidates are eager, ambitious, and competitive—sales experience is not required if you're highly motivated and a quick learner. You must be willing to obtain an Accident/Health Producer license in good standing within 90 days of hire. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to build trust quickly, and entrepreneurial self-direction are essential. Bonus qualifications include 1-2 years of insurance, payroll, or sales experience; familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and basic automation; and a bachelor's degree. Angle Health is backed by world-class investors and led by a team with deep healthcare expertise, from hospital operations and health plan management to federal advisory board service and complex problem-solving at companies like Palantir. You'll have the autonomy and support to grow personally and professionally while owning meaningful parts of the business.
