You will lead Legora's EMEA Business Development organization through its next growth phase. This is a hands-on leadership role combining strategic oversight with direct execution. You'll build and develop a high-performing team of Business Development Representatives, establishing a culture of accountability, coaching, and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include: owning outbound pipeline generation and ensuring the team consistently creates high-quality opportunities; defining performance standards and using data to identify improvement opportunities; coaching BDRs through 1:1s, call reviews, and deal inspections to help them exceed targets; partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to optimize campaigns, territories, and messaging; hiring and onboarding exceptional talent; refining outbound strategies through testing and iteration; and fostering a customer-first mindset that reflects Legora's brand standards.
You'll thrive with experience leading high-performing BDR/SDR teams in high-growth B2B SaaS, a track record of building repeatable outbound motions, strong coaching skills with evidence of developing talent, a data-driven approach to problem-solving, excellent cross-functional collaboration abilities, and the balance of strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Strong communication skills and the credibility to influence stakeholders across the business are essential. The ideal candidate combines ambition, resilience, and a passion for building high-performing teams in fast-growing environments.
