ElevenLabs is seeking a B2B SEO/AEO specialist to own organic growth for business buyers across its AI audio platform. The company serves millions of creators and businesses, with recent $11B valuation and $781M in funding from top-tier investors including Andreessen Horowitz and Sequoia.
You will own the low-volume, high-intent keyword universe for B2B products, starting with the ElevenAgents platform (AI voice/chat agents for enterprises), then expanding to API and enterprise offerings. This includes building visibility in AI search engines (ChatGPT, Gemini) alongside traditional Google SEO. You'll conduct keyword research, build and optimize pages independently, write and direct content, and measure impact through pipeline attribution rather than vanity metrics.
This is a highly autonomous, hands-on role. You will work directly with product marketing managers to turn product launches and customer stories into pages, FAQs, and content. You'll build programmatic page sets across verticals and use cases, own AEO strategy and measurement, and create reporting that makes B2B organic impact legible to leadership.
The ideal candidate has proven SEO experience at a B2B software company where the goal was pipeline generation, not just traffic. You're comfortable justifying pages with modest search volume because you understand visitor value. You use AI as your primary production tool while maintaining high quality standards. You're skilled at keyword judgment for bottom-funnel intent, comfortable with light coding/tooling, and experienced in AI search surfaces.
Bonus experience includes programmatic SEO at scale, marketing to both developers and business buyers, voice AI or developer tools category knowledge, collaboration with B2B sales teams, and multi-language/international SEO.
