Wolt is a global delivery platform operating in over 500 cities across 30 countries. This role is a B2B Performance Marketing Specialist focused on driving demand for Wolt's B2B products through paid media and performance marketing.
You will own paid marketing campaigns end-to-end across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, programmatic media, direct buys, industry sites, newsletters, and content syndication. Working closely with local country Sales teams, you'll understand each market's business goals and shape localized performance plans. You'll partner with B2B marketing colleagues to launch new products, owning paid strategy, audience targeting, campaign development, and demand ramp post-launch.
Key responsibilities include managing stakeholder interests and providing ongoing reporting and analysis; working toward clear marketing KPIs such as CPL, closed-won deals, and revenue; identifying top-performing partners and channels; collaborating with creatives on high-performing campaigns; and using data to drive decisions. You'll analyze campaign and CRM data to understand impact, build custom reporting and dashboards, actively use AI to work smarter, and test new locally-relevant channels and messaging to turn successes into repeatable campaigns.
This is an ownership-focused role where you'll take initiatives from brief through launch to optimization, deciding how success is measured and pulling in the right cross-functional partners.

- International marketing experience with exposure to multiple markets and new/emerging product growth
- Demand generation and go-to-market experience, including building campaigns from scratch and supporting product launches
- Data-informed marketing approach: ability to define KPIs (CPL, closed-won opportunities, revenue), monitor performance, and turn campaign/CRM data into recommendations
- Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets (lookups, pivot tables) or equivalent data-analysis tools
- Strong problem-solving and experimentation skills; ability to identify opportunities, develop hypotheses, run tests, and apply learnings
- Genuine interest in AI and automation with examples of using these tools to improve workflows
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to build trusted relationships with Sales and partners
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills; additional languages welcome but not required
