ElevenLabs is seeking a senior B2B Growth Marketer to build and scale demand generation across the Netherlands. As the company's first marketing hire in the country, you will own the full marketing strategy and execution for the Dutch enterprise market, focusing on generating pipeline, building brand awareness with technical buyers, and creating benchmark-setting B2B marketing programs.
You will develop integrated campaigns spanning ABM, content marketing, events, webinars, partner marketing, executive branding, and product launches. Your responsibilities include localizing global campaigns and messaging for Dutch buyers while feeding market insights back to the global team. You'll partner closely with local sales and global product marketing, growth, and design teams to maintain messaging consistency and execute high-impact initiatives.
Key deliverables include owning pipeline generation and campaign performance metrics, using data to measure results, run experiments, and continuously optimize programs. You'll work across multiple marketing functions without heavy process, setting priorities and moving quickly in a high-velocity environment.
The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of experience building and scaling B2B demand generation at high-growth technology companies, with deep knowledge of the Dutch enterprise market, existing networks, and understanding of local business culture. You should work effectively with minimal process, maintain relentless commitment to excellence, and have genuine curiosity about AI and the technology ecosystem.
