ElevenLabs is a $11B-valued AI research and product company founded in January 2023, transforming human-technology interaction through advanced voice AI and creative tools. You will be ElevenLabs' first marketing hire in Italy, building and scaling demand generation for the Italian enterprise market. This is a hands-on, in-country role focused on generating enterprise pipeline, establishing brand presence with technical buyers, and creating benchmark B2B marketing programs for AI adoption.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building integrated B2B marketing campaigns end-to-end across Italian priority industries, from strategy and messaging through execution and measurement
- Localizing and executing programs across ABM, content, events, webinars, partner/customer marketing, executive branding, product launches, and outbound
- Adapting global campaigns and messaging for the Italian market while feeding local insights on buyer behavior, competitive dynamics, and regulatory context back to the global team
- Partnering closely with local sales and global product marketing, growth, and design teams to maintain messaging consistency and execute high-impact campaigns
- Owning pipeline generation and campaign performance metrics, using data to measure results, run experiments, and continuously improve effectiveness
Required qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience at high-growth technology companies, with proven track record building and scaling B2B demand generation programs that created measurable enterprise pipeline
- Deep knowledge of the Italian market: enterprise buyers, media landscape, business culture, and ideally an existing professional network
- Ability to work effectively with minimal process, spanning multiple marketing functions with strong prioritization and execution speed
- Relentless commitment to excellence with high standards for quality, clarity, and impact
- Genuine curiosity about AI, close following of the technology ecosystem, and exceptional judgment on marketing differentiation
