ElevenLabs is seeking a senior B2B Growth Marketer to build and scale demand generation across Belgium. As the company's first marketing hire in the country, you will own end-to-end campaign strategy and execution focused on generating enterprise pipeline and establishing ElevenLabs as the top choice for voice AI solutions among Belgian enterprises.
You will develop integrated B2B marketing campaigns spanning ABM, content marketing, events, webinars, partner and customer marketing, executive branding, and product launches. The role requires localizing global campaigns and messaging for the Belgian market while feeding local market insights—buyer behavior, competitive dynamics, regulatory context—back to the global team.
Key responsibilities include partnering with local sales and global product marketing, growth, and design teams to maintain messaging consistency and execute high-impact campaigns. You will own pipeline generation and campaign performance metrics, using data to measure results, run experiments, and continuously improve program effectiveness.
The ideal candidate brings 5–7 years of experience at high-growth technology companies, with a proven track record building and scaling B2B demand generation programs that created measurable enterprise pipeline. Deep knowledge of the Belgian market—its enterprise buyers, media landscape, business culture, and ideally an existing network—is essential. You should work effectively with minimal process, set priorities independently, spot opportunities quickly, and maintain a relentless commitment to excellence. A genuine curiosity about AI and the technology ecosystem, combined with strong judgment on marketing differentiation, is required.
