ElevenLabs is seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial B2B Field Marketer to own and accelerate the company's field marketing footprint across EMEA. This is a high-impact role requiring someone who can drive physical campaigns, events, and brand engagement from conception through execution.
You will serve as the primary driver for field marketing in the region, taking full ownership of projects and managing multiple workstreams simultaneously. Key responsibilities include:
• Roadmap and Budget Ownership: Partner with regional growth leads to develop field marketing roadmaps and allocate campaign budgets strategically, ensuring efficient spend aligned with business goals.
• Physical Campaign & Event Execution: Manage end-to-end delivery of physical campaigns including conferences, dinners, roundtables, and pop-ups—from planning and logistics to on-site execution.
• On-the-Ground Presence: Travel frequently to represent ElevenLabs at events and installations, managing on-site logistics and ensuring flawless execution.
• Third-Party Event Ownership: Take full lifecycle ownership of convention and trade fair participation, including contract negotiation, budgeting, booth design, vendor management, and visual branding.
• Event Experience Architecture: Design comprehensive event ecosystems incorporating out-of-home advertising, securing speaking placements, hosting exclusive dinners, and maximizing audience touchpoints.
• Performance Analysis: Collaborate with growth teams on retargeting and ABM strategies, diving deep into analytics to measure campaign effectiveness, pipeline generation, cost per attendee, and SQL metrics.
Required qualifications: 5+ years of field marketing experience with 2-3 years owning field marketing events end-to-end. You thrive in fast-paced, scale-up environments with entrepreneurial drive and a bias toward action. Strong expertise in event logistics, vendor management, contract negotiation, and cross-departmental project management. Native-level English proficiency required. You are a strategic thinker comfortable with budgeting, forecasting, analytics, and data interpretation.
