Rula, a Series C mental health platform focused on addiction treatment and comprehensive mental healthcare, is seeking a B2B Content Manager to join their remote-first, mission-driven team. In this role, you'll develop high-impact messaging and content for employer, health plan, provider, and broker partners—key stakeholders in expanding access to quality mental healthcare.
You'll own the end-to-end production of partner-facing content, including high-converting landing pages, compelling case studies, cross-channel campaigns, and sales collateral. Working closely with creative, product marketing, and other cross-functional teams, you'll craft storytelling that resonates with B2B audiences and drives business outcomes. You'll measure content effectiveness, optimize performance based on data, and balance feedback from multiple stakeholders while leveraging AI tools to enhance your work.
This is a critical role on a growing owned content team where your work directly impacts Rula's ability to partner with employers, health plans, and providers to make mental healthcare more accessible. You'll be part of a collaborative culture deeply committed to destigmatizing mental health and delivering evidence-based, compassionate care.
Required: 5+ years of professional marketing or content experience, a strong portfolio of content samples, cross-functional collaboration experience, and demonstrated ability to measure and optimize content performance. Preferred qualifications include startup experience, healthtech or regulated-industry background, B2B buyer-facing content writing, and B2B2C or employer benefits marketing knowledge.
Rula is 100% remote and currently hires across most U.S. states (excluding Hawaii).
