Sportradar is a NASDAQ-listed sports technology company providing live streaming solutions and audiovisual products to online and retail bookmakers globally. As an AV Operational Account Coordinator, you will join the Audiovisual (AV) betting unit within the Global Operations Team, reporting to the AV Operational Account Management Team Lead.
You will serve as a dedicated contact for audiovisual operational topics, acting as a key bridge between product sales and product teams. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with client setup and administration for various audiovisual products
- Monitoring and accurately updating multiple documents and systems across Sportradar's digital distribution platforms
- Setting up, preparing, and documenting client-related activities in CRM systems (AVCMP, Salesforce, JIRA, Qlik Sense, Confluence)
- Maintaining open communication with departments and global partners to gather and distribute scheduling information
- Reviewing content across digital properties for accuracy in scheduling and implementation
- Handling incidents, analyzing errors, and ensuring rectification for customer satisfaction
- Preparing and maintaining reports
- Providing independent support and consultation to customer inquiries
The role is diverse and challenging, requiring reliability, accuracy, and a proactive approach to improving efficiency as sales volume increases. You will work in an international environment with a rapidly growing team, supporting the delivery of audiovisual products with streams for over 600,000+ events.
Sportradar operates on a fully on-site model with team members working in the office five days a week to foster collaboration and innovation.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Economics, or equivalent secondary education (AHS, HAK, HBLA, HLW, HTL)
- Strong organizational skills and outstanding attention to detail
- Exceptional work ethic with ability to work independently and act proactively
- Strong and credible interest in various sports
- Understanding of the sports betting ecosystem (preferred)
- Strong Excel skills and proficient knowledge of MS Office
- Technical affinity and good numerical reasoning (advantageous)
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English; additional European languages a plus
- Openness to working weekend shifts
