Salary: USD 85,000 - 110,000 / annual

iCapital seeks a SEC Reporting Specialist to join the Fund Finance Central Services Audit team in a hybrid role based in Salt Lake City. This senior position is responsible for overseeing all SEC reporting requirements and financial disclosures for various clients, playing a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing financial reporting controls. Key responsibilities include leading the preparation and review of SEC filings (Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and other public disclosures), overseeing consolidated financial statements, footnotes, and Management's Discussion and Analysis. The role requires partnering with external senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate disclosure input and ensure accuracy. You will administer financial reporting controls and support a strong Sarbanes-Oxley compliance framework, working closely with external Big 4 audit teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Additional duties include managing and overseeing client consolidation processes and continuously evaluating and improving internal controls to ensure financial integrity and transparency. Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; 5+ years of experience in SEC reporting, financial reporting, or related field; strong knowledge of US GAAP, SEC regulations, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance; experience with public disclosures and financial consolidations; proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and senior leadership; strong written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced Excel skills. Preferred: CPA or MBA; experience with Big 4 audit firms or DFIN ActiveDisclosure.
