Boston Scientific is seeking an Associate Territory Manager (ATM) for the Endoscopy Division in Atlanta, GA. This is a development role designed to prepare candidates for future Territory Manager positions. You will work closely with one or two Territory Managers in your region to help convert and grow the business, focusing on delivering outstanding service, supporting sales efforts, providing clinical education, and identifying new business opportunities. Key responsibilities include building relationships through routine visits, product demonstrations, and educational programs; providing daily procedural support in OR/Endoscopy unit environments; collaborating with Territory Managers to drive sales revenue at targeted accounts; developing quarterly and annual business plans to achieve revenue targets; assisting in professional education activities; managing expense and promotional budgets; maintaining accurate sales records and field reports; and conducting all sales activities according to company policies and guidelines. You will report directly to a Development Manager and support various assignments based on business needs. The role requires regular travel (30-40%) within your assigned territory and occasional weekend/evening participation in trade shows and meetings. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 6-24 months of relevant business experience (or completion of Boston Scientific's 12-month TSR program). Preferred qualifications include 2+ years of B2B sales experience, team collaboration and leadership experience, ability to establish and guide direction, strong customer relationship skills, success in fast-paced matrixed environments, and a valid US driver's license.
