As an Associate Sales Support Specialist, you will support the U.S. sales team with a mix of administrative and customer-facing responsibilities. You'll maintain and update CRM systems (Salesforce, Odoo) with accurate sales data, prepare and process sales quotes, invoices, purchase orders, and contracts, and coordinate with internal teams including logistics, finance, and operations to support the sales cycle. You'll track order statuses, follow up on pending documentation, and support reporting needs while managing sales documentation and ensuring compliance with internal processes.
On the customer engagement side, you'll respond to inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner, assist customers with product information and order updates, escalate complex issues appropriately, and build rapport while representing the company professionally.
The role operates on a US Central time schedule (8:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST, Monday through Friday) with a hybrid arrangement of 3 nights in office and 2 nights remote from the Bengaluru location.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, 1-2 years of experience in sales support or customer service, strong verbal and written English communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM tools, and the ability to work independently while prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines. Preferred experience includes familiarity with U.S. business practices and basic understanding of sales funnels and B2B/B2C sales processes.
