As an Associate Sales Enablement Manager, you will support the Enablement team in delivering training and resources to the sales field. This is an emerging-level role designed to build your skills toward a full Sales Enablement Manager position, working under the direction of senior enablement team members.
Key responsibilities include:
• Program Support & Delivery: Coordinate and support the delivery of enablement initiatives for your assigned segment, managing logistics and follow-up activities.
• Content & Materials: Build and adapt enablement content using the team's frameworks and AI tools to draft, synthesize, and package materials for Account Executives.
• Readiness & Practice Support: Set up and run role-play practice sessions and readiness activities to help AEs prepare for accreditation.
• Reporting & Metrics: Collect and report enablement metrics (attendance, participation, adoption) and interpret basic business performance data (pipeline, attainment, win rate, ramp).
• Feedback Loops: Gather input from the field and share insights with stakeholders and the Enablement Team.
• Collaboration: Work with enablement team members and internal stakeholders, taking initiative with mentorship support.
Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; minimum 2 years in sales, sales support, customer success, business development, or enablement; exposure to sales processes and methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC); comfort with CRM tools like Salesforce and content management platforms; strong communication and organizational skills; eagerness to learn enablement and coaching fundamentals; proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) in daily workflows.
