Hinge Health is seeking an Associate Regional Vice President for Provider Sales to lead network development across western US territories. You will build and execute the provider network strategy for your region, directly connecting 20M+ members to musculoskeletal (MSK) care through partnerships with major health systems and provider groups.
In your first three months, you'll master Hinge Health's provider value proposition and map the high-priority provider landscape in your territory, building a qualified pipeline and initiating key relationships. By month six, you'll close your first provider network contracts, navigating complex negotiations with legal and clinical stakeholders while ensuring seamless implementation and onboarding. Within your first year, you'll fully own network strategy for your territory, consistently hitting growth targets and serving as the "Voice of the Provider" to influence product roadmap development.
You'll need a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of work experience with a strong background in provider sales and/or network development. Subject matter expertise in healthcare, provider network development/management, employee health benefits, chronic disease management, or digital health is required. You must have a proven track record of consistently attaining or exceeding quota, with excellent strategic territory management, prospecting, project management, and communication skills. Comfort with startup ambiguity and demonstrated ability to innovate and solve problems creatively are essential. You should have a desire to learn, grow, develop, and eventually mentor future team members.
Preferred qualifications include startup experience, familiarity with clinical quality and price transparency tools, provider network adequacy tools, and experience with physical therapy or orthopedic clinical solutions. You must reside in the western US territory to be considered.
