- Track a small set of KPIs for your process and use data to inform prioritization decisions
- Prepare standard operating procedures and support site teams during feature rollouts
The role offers a hybrid work arrangement (3 days in office, 2 days remote), unlimited paid vacation based on trust, free daily lunch, and opportunities for personal growth in a fast-moving environment. You will see direct impact from your work on how customers eat and live.

- 1–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, e-commerce, or a product/analyst role
- Genuine interest in how software changes physical operations
- Comfort with data: Excel proficiency required; SQL or BI tools are a plus
- Clear written communication skills, capable of writing requirements developers can build from
- Some exposure to working with tech teams or agile methodologies
- English B2+ proficiency; Czech or German is a plus
- Willingness to travel to sites (20%)
Nice-to-haves: Basic Lean knowledge, Jira or similar tools, warehouse automation exposure.
