Relativity Space is building rockets and advanced manufacturing systems to serve commercial and government space launch needs. As an Associate People Business Partner for Manufacturing, you'll be the operational backbone of the Manufacturing People team, partnering with leaders and employees across the manufacturing organization to deliver an exceptional employee experience.
This is a primary development role within the People Business Partner organization, designed for someone building the foundation to become a full People Business Partner. You'll work closely with manufacturing leaders and hourly employees, providing guidance on HR processes, policies, and day-to-day employee matters.
Key responsibilities include executing core HR operations such as employee lifecycle transactions, performance management administration, onboarding and offboarding, and workforce data management. You'll identify opportunities to simplify and standardize People processes by leveraging AI and technology to increase efficiency and consistency across the manufacturing function.
You'll analyze People trends and partner with senior People Business Partners on employee relations, engagement, workforce planning, and other organizational priorities. You'll prepare People communications, reports, and documentation while maintaining workforce data integrity and compliance.
