The company operates owned clinics (Centrum Health and Premier Medical) and partners with affiliated providers nationwide, using technology and services to help providers succeed in performance-based arrangements. The Associate People Business Partner (Field) serves as the primary HR resource for assigned medical clinics and operational leaders in the Dallas or Houston markets. This role bridges the central People team and frontline clinic operations, providing day-to-day HR support and fostering positive employee experiences. Key responsibilities include: - Conduct regular field visits to clinic locations to support employee relations, workforce planning, manager development, and engagement initiatives - Partner with clinic leaders to address people-related challenges including employee concerns, attendance, and performance management - Support onboarding and integration of new clinic employees and leaders - Serve as accessible HR point of contact for frontline employees on policies, benefits, leave, and workplace concerns - Monitor engagement trends and workforce concerns, providing recommendations to People leadership - Support organizational change initiatives including mergers, acquisitions, clinic expansions, and restructures - Partner on staffing strategies, workforce planning, and retention initiatives - Assist with employee relations investigations and compliance matters - Analyze workforce metrics (turnover, vacancies, engagement) to identify improvement opportunities The role requires a Bachelor's degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field) and 2-4 years of HR experience, ideally in a field or multi-site healthcare environment. HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills, HR knowledge, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail are essential.
