Onescreen is the modern platform for out-of-home advertising, enabling brands and agencies to plan, buy, and measure OOH campaigns across thousands of vendors and formats. The company operates lean and maintains high standards on every campaign.
You'll join the Planning team as an Associate OOH Media Planner, supporting the development and execution of out-of-home campaigns across diverse clients and verticals. This is a hands-on role designed for someone eager to grow their planning expertise, sharpen analytical skills, and become proficient with the Onescreen platform.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support end-to-end OOH campaign planning, from audience research and market selection through proposal delivery and execution
- Build and maintain campaign plans, cost schedules, and performance summaries using internal tools
- Research target audiences and analyze their characteristics, behaviors, and media habits
- Collaborate with account managers, clients, and creative teams to align on objectives and strategies
- Become a proficient user of the Onescreen planning platform and surface product feedback to the product team
- Manage relationships with OOH media vendors and support negotiations under senior planner guidance
- Juggle tasks across multiple active campaigns simultaneously, meeting internal and client deadlines
- Present media plans alongside Account Executives to clients and key decision makers
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in OOH or broader media planning
- Familiarity with core OOH formats (billboards, transit, experiential, DOOH) and how they fit into a broader media mix
- Working knowledge of audience and measurement tools (GeoPath, Nielsen, Google Analytics, or similar)
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Clear communicator in writing, presentations, and across internal teams
- Comfortable in spreadsheets and web-based planning platforms
- Analytically curious with an eye for data and performance metrics
- Ability to work EST hours
- Willingness to work from Boston or New York
Nice to have:
- Exposure to multi-channel campaign planning (digital + OOH)
- Familiarity with campaign evaluation and attribution methodologies
