Haus Labs, a next-generation skincare-infused makeup brand founded by Lady Gaga, is seeking an Associate Manager for Marketing EMEA. Reporting to the Associate Director of Integrated Marketing for EMEA, you will drive integrated marketing strategy execution across the UK, Europe, and Middle East. You will own multiple marketing disciplines across the region: **Marketing Campaigns & New Market Launches:** Support planning and execution of integrated campaigns across EMEA. Manage campaign timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time, high-quality execution. Lead new market launches, retailer expansions, and brand launches. Collaborate cross-functionally with Global Marketing, Commercial, Creative, Education, and retail teams. Monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities. **PR & Communications:** Partner with regional PR agencies to build brand awareness and drive earned media. Manage day-to-day agency relationships and coordinate press office activity. Plan and execute press events, media previews, influencer events, and creator experiences. Coordinate product seeding and gifting programs. Develop press materials, campaign briefs, and communications assets. Track media coverage and share performance insights. **Retail & Trade Marketing:** Work closely with retailer marketing teams to develop and execute retail initiatives across EMEA. Coordinate in-store campaigns, visual merchandising, sampling, and promotional activity. Support retailer launches and store openings. Plan consumer activations, masterclasses, and retail experiences that drive product discovery and engagement. Build strong retailer relationships and ensure alignment with commercial objectives and global brand standards. This fully remote role requires someone highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently across multiple markets and time zones. Regular travel across the UK, Europe, and Middle East is required to support launches, events, and key business priorities. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a fast-paced, high-growth global beauty brand while gaining exposure across multiple marketing disciplines.
