Salary: USD 60,750 - 99,750 / annual

Curriculum Associates is seeking an Associate Educational Sales Consultant to support sales efforts and build relationships within K–8 school districts. The company serves a third of the nation's K–8 students with award-winning learning programs like i-Ready, combining digital and print-based educational solutions. In this client-facing role, you will partner with the territory sales team to identify new opportunities, expand existing partnerships, and drive adoption of Curriculum Associates' products and services. You'll work directly with district-level school administrators, pilot teachers, and educational leaders to understand their needs and promote solutions that improve teaching and learning outcomes. Key responsibilities include: - Building and maintaining relationships with school district leaders in assigned accounts - Assisting in identifying new sales opportunities and expansion areas within existing partnerships - Delivering sales presentations and participating in district visits, conferences, and webinars - Supporting product implementations and engagement campaigns - Developing sales plans and strategies under the guidance of the Director of Sales - Gathering competitive intelligence and sharing market feedback to inform territory strategies - Collaborating with internal teams (Sales, Service, Account Management, Product Development) to ensure customer success - Maintaining accurate account activity records and communication logs You should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 0–2 years of sales experience (educational or SaaS sales preferred). Proficiency with MS Office, web-based presentation tools, and Salesforce is a plus. The role requires overnight travel and the ability to lift and transport materials up to 50 lbs. Compensation ranges from $60,750 to $99,750 annually, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) matching, flexible vacation and sick policy, twelve paid holidays, and a winter office closure.
