Pattern is a fast-growing ecommerce acceleration platform that uses proprietary AI and machine learning to optimize brand performance across 60+ global marketplaces including Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, and others. The company processes 66+ trillion data points to automate and optimize advertising, content, logistics, pricing, and customer service for hundreds of global brands.
You will lead a high-performing team of TikTok Shop Account Managers while maintaining direct strategic ownership of a curated portfolio of flagship brand partners. This is a dual-impact leadership role combining people management with hands-on account strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Directly manage, mentor, and develop a team of Account Managers, overseeing portfolio bandwidth and delivery standards
- Maintain high-level strategic relationships with key brand partners, aligning their business goals with scalable social commerce strategies
- Drive GMV growth and revenue expansion across your team's book of business, establishing frameworks for live shopping, affiliate outreach, content optimization, and ad spend management
- Serve as senior escalation point for client partners, presenting business reviews and growth opportunities to client executives and internal leadership
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Creator Operations, and Marketplace teams to refine software capabilities based on market demands
- Act as internal subject matter expert on TikTok Shop features, algorithm changes, and emerging social commerce trends
You should have 6+ years in ecommerce, marketplace management, or digital agency environments, with 1-2+ years in direct team management or supervisory roles. Proven success scaling brand growth on TikTok Shop is essential, along with deep knowledge of TikTok affiliate ecosystems and shop operations. Strong analytical skills, executive communication abilities, and a passion for coaching and building scalable processes are critical. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Lehi, Utah or Los Angeles, CA.
