Oscar Health is seeking an Associate Director of Corporate Events to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of high-impact corporate events that elevate the company's presence and influence in the healthcare industry. Reporting to the Senior Director of Corporate Marketing, this role owns Oscar's unified events strategy across flagship conferences, internal marquee events, investor relations, broker engagements, and strategic partner activations.
Key responsibilities include setting forward-looking corporate events strategy aligned with Oscar's brand and business priorities; owning the full event lifecycle from conceptualization through post-event analysis; leading cross-functional coordination with Marketing, Sales, Communications, Partnerships, and Executive Leadership; developing frameworks for executive visibility and engagement; overseeing event budgets and vendor management; and leading a multidisciplinary team focused on corporate events and stakeholder engagement.
The role requires strategic vision and operational excellence to design world-class experiences that engage employees, industry leaders, brokers, partners, and key stakeholders. You'll act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on event positioning and business impact, ensure Oscar's presence reinforces company values across local and national markets, and build scalable service models to support events across Oscar's top 15 markets.
This is a hybrid position based in New York, NY, requiring 3 days per week in-office (Thursdays mandatory for team meetings and events, with two flexible office days). The role demands a blend of creative vision, operational discipline, risk management, and strong stakeholder relationship-building across the enterprise.
