Salary: USD 68,000 - 90,000 / annual
Datadog is seeking an Associate Customer Success Manager to drive product adoption and growth within our existing customer base. In this role, you will proactively manage customer relationships through onboarding, upselling, and cross-selling activities while serving as an internal advocate for customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the sales team to ensure smooth customer transitions and onboarding experiences
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers
- Execute the full sales cycle for growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers maximize value from Datadog solutions
- Monitor usage trends to identify renewal risks and drive adoption
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Support, Product, Finance, and Legal teams
You will follow a well-defined customer success methodology to identify unique customer needs and communicate product value effectively. The role emphasizes relationship management and growth opportunities, with a focus on positive customer experience.
