Lumopath is an AI-powered platform that helps post-sale revenue teams (customer success, account management, sales) understand account health, prioritize attention, and identify expansion opportunities. The company is early-stage and venture-backed, serving a growing portfolio of enterprise SaaS customers. As Associate Customer Success Manager, you will own a defined portfolio of mid-market accounts end-to-end, with full accountability for health, adoption, and retention. You are the primary relationship owner for each account and responsible for driving the complete customer lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion. Key responsibilities include: managing your portfolio proactively rather than reactively; serving as the primary point of contact and building relationships across multiple stakeholders; monitoring account health continuously and acting on early warning signals; leading substantive business reviews and renewal conversations; identifying and surfacing expansion opportunities; owning the onboarding and adoption process to ensure customers reach value quickly; developing product knowledge sufficient to guide customers through core workflows and troubleshoot adoption blockers; triaging inbound support issues and managing customer-facing communication through resolution; and identifying patterns in recurring issues to flag as product or enablement gaps. This is positioned as a growth role. As you build credibility and the company scales, your portfolio will expand in size, complexity, and strategic importance. The natural trajectory is toward broader account ownership, larger accounts, and deeper involvement in building the CS function. You should have a genuine orientation toward customer relationships, strong written and verbal communication, a clear ownership mentality, organizational rigor to manage multiple competing priorities, and intellectual curiosity to learn the product and ask good questions. Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to figure things out in an early-stage environment are essential. Prior experience in customer-facing SaaS roles (CS, professional services, account management, implementation) is a bonus, as is familiarity with AI tools and experience in high-growth environments.
