Material Bank is the world's largest material marketplace for the architecture and design industry, operating in 37 countries and connecting thousands of designers with tens of thousands of materials from leading brands daily.
This role bridges brand strategy and execution. You'll be the primary creative production engine for the marketing team, responsible for concepting and delivering high-volume marketing assets across all channels—email, paid social (static and video), organic social, landing pages, sales enablement, swag, and print. You'll translate brand guidelines into on-brand creative that drives performance while maintaining consistency across a complex, multi-variant asset ecosystem.
Key responsibilities include:
**Marketing Asset Development**: Concept and produce net-new creative across the full channel mix. Build and maintain scalable template libraries for recurring formats. Manage versioning across all active assets—audience variants, regional cuts, seasonal updates—with clear file naming and version control. Support A/B testing by developing test variants based on marketing stakeholder hypotheses.
**Brand-to-Execution Translation**: Apply brand guidelines consistently to every asset and channel. Proactively identify gaps between brand standards and execution realities, surfacing them to leadership. Maintain brand consistency across high-volume outputs without sacrificing craft or speed.
**Channel & Team Collaboration**: Partner with Integrated Marketing stakeholders and channel leads to understand creative needs, timelines, and performance context. Align with the Creative Director on brand direction and priorities. Communicate proactively on timelines, capacity, and tradeoffs.
**Production Support**: Identify, brief, and manage external creative vendors for photography, video production, and additional design bandwidth. Maintain quality control and timeline accountability for outsourced work. Leverage AI tools strategically to increase throughput.
You'll bring 7–10 years in creative roles with a portfolio demonstrating both strong conceptual thinking and high-volume execution across digital channels. Deep channel fluency across paid social, email, landing pages, and print is essential. Strong design skills with working knowledge of motion/video direction for social formats. Experience with performance and brand marketing, working comfortably with metrics-driven stakeholders. You're organized about version control, A/B test documentation, and file management. Collaborative, communicative, and comfortable as an individual contributor producing high-quality work at volume. Fast-moving, deadline-oriented, and resourceful in constrained environments.
Preferred: B2B, ecommerce, or design-adjacent business experience. Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks for creative. Background in performance marketing creative and/or lifecycle/email design. Knowledge of the architecture, interior design, or built environment industry.
