Fanatics Betting & Gaming is seeking an Associate Buyer for Paid Search to support campaign execution, pacing, QA, and reporting across Online Sportsbook and Casino businesses. You will assist with campaign builds, keyword research, budget monitoring, performance analysis, and operational excellence across the search channel, supporting Senior Performance Managers and collaborating with agency partners and platform teams.
Key responsibilities include: supporting paid search campaign setup, trafficking, QA, pacing, and optimization; conducting keyword research and search query analysis; monitoring daily and weekly pacing against budget, acquisition, revenue, and efficiency targets; pulling and interpreting performance reporting from search platforms and analytics tools; preparing weekly performance summaries and competitive insights; coordinating with agency partners on campaign builds and tracking; QA-ing ad copy, URLs, promo messaging, state eligibility, and compliance; assisting with testing roadmaps; maintaining documentation; partnering with Creative, Promotions, CRM, Analytics, Product, and Compliance teams; tracking market launches and competitor messaging; and developing expertise across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Apple Search Ads.
The ideal candidate is organized, analytically curious, technically comfortable, and eager to grow in performance marketing. You should have 1+ years of experience in paid search, performance marketing, digital media, or marketing analytics. Working knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Apple Search Ads, Google Analytics, Excel/Google Sheets, and reporting dashboards is preferred. Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple deadlines, analytical mindset, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Interest in sports betting, online casino, gaming, and digital marketing is preferred. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, analytics, communications, or related field preferred. Must be open to occasional travel to Fanatics offices in NYC and Denver for conferences and events.
