TripleLift is a programmatic advertising platform processing over 1 trillion monthly ad transactions, helping publishers and brands monetize through innovative solutions across online video, connected television, display, and native ads.
The Associate Account Manager will support the growth of TripleLift's advertiser and agency partnerships by managing day-to-day account and campaign needs. You'll work closely with clients, Sales, Account Management, Ad Operations, Finance, and Engineering to ensure campaigns launch successfully, perform against KPIs, and deliver strong client experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing day-to-day point management for a portfolio of brand direct and agency accounts, supporting campaign launch, optimization, and renewal
- Supporting end-to-end campaign lifecycle management
- Monitoring campaign performance daily, identifying pacing or delivery issues, and proactively recommending optimizations to hit client KPIs (CTR, viewability, completion rate, CPA, ROAS, etc.)
- Building and delivering clear, data-driven campaign performance reports and quarterly business reviews
- Partnering with Sales and Account Managers on pre-sale strategy, RFP responses, and new account onboarding
- Troubleshooting discrepancies, technical issues, and billing questions in coordination with Ad Operations, Finance, and Engineering
- Maintaining accurate account documentation and campaign records in internal CRM and reporting tools
- Identifying upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Staying current on programmatic advertising trends, TripleLift product updates, and industry best practices
- Contributing to process improvements that increase efficiency and scalability
- Partnering with senior account leaders to master strategic relationship management and client revenue growth
The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and client-focused with an interest in building a career in digital media and ad tech. You'll use campaign performance data to identify opportunities and make informed recommendations while developing skills in strategic client relationship management. This role offers exposure to programmatic, native, video, and CTV advertising in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; basic understanding of or strong interest in digital advertising and the programmatic ecosystem (DSP, SSP, ad exchange, ad server, native, video, or CTV experience is a plus); strong analytical and organizational skills with basic to intermediate Excel/Google Sheets proficiency; strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; collaborative, problem-solving mindset with willingness to learn.
