Veeam Software, the Data and AI Trust Company, is seeking an Associate Account Executive for Commercial Inside Sales based in Bucharest, Romania. This role focuses on driving revenue through inside sales activities within an assigned territory, primarily via telephone outreach to prospects.
You will generate sales within your defined region by prospecting, building relationships, and closing deals. Key responsibilities include:
• Generating sales within assigned territory through cold calling and lead generation
• Driving business and technical benefits mapped to end-user requirements from partner deal registrations and qualified opportunities
• Coordinating sales activities with partners and resellers to identify and close new business
• Maximizing coverage and market penetration within the defined region
• Providing forecasting and account opportunity analysis
• Contributing to revenue targets and team quotas
• Collaborating with channel sales and systems engineers on territory planning and execution
• Maintaining accurate records in Salesforce CRM
You bring proven B2B sales experience, preferably with a Bachelor's degree. You have demonstrated ability to drive sales processes across internal and external teams (channel, engineering, marketing, field). You are a self-starter who can work independently in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Required skills include exceptional verbal and written communication, proficiency in MS Office tools and Salesforce, and strong interest in technology innovation. Advanced proficiency in both Hebrew and English is essential for this role, as you will be engaging with Hebrew-speaking prospects and partners.
