Salary: USD 70,000 - 80,000 / annual

iCapital is hiring an Account Executive (Analyst level) to drive full-cycle B2B sales for their Passthrough platform, targeting alternative asset managers. This is a foundational sales role reporting to the Head of Sales, central to the company's growth strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Execute full-cycle sales processes from qualified opportunity to closed deal - Manage relationships with alternative asset managers, engaging GPs, Fund Admins, COOs, and Investor Relations teams - Meet or exceed an annual revenue quota of $1.15M - Develop deep expertise in the private funds landscape and articulate iCapital's value proposition - Maintain disciplined, value-oriented sales processes to achieve high close rates - Keep accurate CRM records for predictable forecasting - Collaborate with Marketing Development and Customer Success teams Required Qualifications: - 1–3 years of full-cycle B2B closing experience, preferably in SaaS or FinTech - Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding $500k+ annual quotas - Experience with structured sales methodologies (BANT, MEDDIC, or similar) - Strategic, execution-oriented mindset with ability to translate ideas into scalable solutions - Data-driven, process-oriented approach; comfort with metrics and CRM as core tools - Preferred: experience selling to fund managers, legal counsel, or fund administrators - Values clarity, accountability, collaboration, and results-oriented culture Compensation & Benefits: - Base salary: $70,000–$80,000 - Commission-based bonus tied to quota achievement - Equity for all full-time employees - Comprehensive benefits: employer-matched retirement, 100% employer-paid dental/vision, telemedicine, virtual mental health counseling, parental leave, unlimited PTO - Hybrid work: in-office Monday–Thursday, remote flexibility on Friday
