Salary: USD 80,000 - 90,000 / annual

Haus Labs by Lady Gaga is seeking an Area Sales Manager to lead retail sales growth in the Texas market, primarily within Sephora locations. This is a hybrid role requiring four days per week in-store and one day remote. You will manage a team of Account Executives and Coordinators across assigned territories, driving sales targets in high-volume markets while building brand awareness and customer loyalty. Key responsibilities include: • Lead and mentor Account Executives and Coordinators to achieve territory sales goals • Execute in-store events and new product launches in collaboration with the sales team • Train Sephora beauty advisors on Haus Labs' science-forward makeup artistry approach, ingredients, and application techniques • Develop and maintain call cycles to maximize productivity in top-performing locations while building business in opportunity doors • Manage budgets for travel, entertainment, freelance support, and gratis products • Recruit, develop, and retain in-store support teams and beauty advisors • Partner with Sephora field leadership to maintain professional relationships and address stock, cleanliness, and visual standards • Create territory-specific activations to drive incremental revenue • Utilize sales analytics and retail trends to inform strategic business decisions • Support key activations in other North American markets as needed • Submit timely territory recap reports and expense documentation You'll report to the Regional Sales Director, West, and play a pivotal role in growing Haus Labs' in-store presence in a high-volume market. Required qualifications: 4+ years of cosmetics retail experience with Account Executive background; previous people management experience preferred. Strong proficiency in retail math, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office. Proven track record of achieving personal and territory sales goals. Growth mindset, exceptional interpersonal communication skills (written, verbal, presentation), and ability to build positive partnerships across all retail leadership levels.
