As an Applied Machine Learning Engineer in EMEA, you will bridge cutting-edge AI research and real-world business applications. This is a hands-on technical role combining deep ML expertise with strong customer focus to deliver scalable AI solutions. Key responsibilities include: - Collaborating directly with the GTM team (Account Executives and Solutions Architects) to ensure smooth integration and successful deployment of ML solutions - Building and presenting compelling proofs-of-concept that demonstrate AI technology capabilities - Designing, developing, and deploying end-to-end AI-powered applications tailored to customer needs - Contributing to the internal ML platform with new features and bug fixes - Integrating and enabling new machine learning models into the platform or client environments - Improving system performance, efficiency, and scalability of deployed models and applications - Working closely with partners to enable joint AI solutions Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field; 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong preference for customer-facing roles; robust Python coding skills; demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects with customer success focus; strong interpersonal and communication skills. Preferred qualifications include Master's degree, startup/fast-paced environment experience, hands-on fine-tuning experience (SFT, RLHF/RFT), and solid understanding of generative AI and enterprise infrastructure.
