Heidi Health is an AI Care Partner platform that works alongside clinicians to improve healthcare delivery. The company has deployed its technology across 116 countries, supporting 2+ million patient visits weekly, and is backed by nearly $100M in funding.
You will join Heidi's US Applied AI team as a senior individual contributor owning strategic customer relationships within a specialty-focused pod. This is a quota-carrying, consultative deployment and account management role that bridges customer success and sales.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own complex, strategic healthcare accounts and build trusted relationships with executives, clinicians, and operational leaders to align stakeholders around transformation plans and measurable outcomes.
- Independently identify and advance high-value opportunities for adoption, expansion, and renewal, focusing effort where it delivers the strongest return.
- Lead discovery and solution scoping by running product demonstrations, explaining capabilities and limitations, and coordinating with Clinical Engineers on technical design and implementation.
- Solve ambiguous deployment challenges by identifying root causes, developing practical options, and recommending clear paths forward.
- Deliver complex initiatives end-to-end, coordinating dependencies across customers and internal teams while surfacing risks early.
- Apply deep product understanding of Heidi's offerings, roadmap, and underlying architecture to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Shape product and clinical engineering decisions by bringing detailed customer workflow insights, pain points, and buying process understanding into cross-functional discussions.
- Improve team processes by translating successful approaches into repeatable discovery, deployment, adoption, and account growth practices.
- Mentor less experienced colleagues and strengthen cross-team relationships.
- Maintain commercial discipline through accurate forecasting, account planning, and analysis of adoption, utilization, and credit consumption data.
You will work in a fast-paced environment where you're expected to move quickly, learn continuously, and maintain high standards. The role requires balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and the ability to influence across teams without formal management authority.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience in consultative deployment, account management, management consulting, or related customer-facing technology roles, with sustained success in complex engagements.
- Track record of independently resolving ambiguous customer and commercial problems and delivering measurable adoption, retention, or expansion outcomes.
- Deep product fluency, including ability to lead demonstrations and discovery and connect technical capabilities to clinical and operational needs.
- Experience building executive-level business cases and transformation plans that drive investment and adoption.
- Strong analytical judgment to identify root causes, assess ROI, and challenge low-impact work.
- Experience coordinating multi-step initiatives across teams, managing dependencies, and identifying delivery risks.
- Evidence of improving processes and translating individual expertise into practices others can use.
- Ability to mentor colleagues and influence across teams without formal management authority.
- Confidence in surfacing disagreement, recommending clear direction, and committing to agreed decisions.
STRONGLY APPRECIATED (NOT REQUIRED):
- Deep familiarity with clinical workflows and healthcare buying processes.
- Experience deploying AI products in healthcare or other complex operational environments.
- Experience growing accounts across seat-based and usage-based commercial models.
